Appointments must be canceled by the close of business day before your appointment. Cancellations that take place day of will result in a 50% non-refundable charge or invoice. 

Tardiness of 15 minutes or more will be considered a cancellation. 

Appointments start at the scheduled timing; therefore being late will result in being charged for missed time.
